Also includes an Antipasto Platter (an assortment of D'Onza's Old World Deli favorites such as marinated mushrooms and artichokes, olives, salami, cheese, pepperoni, and breadsticks wrapped in Prosciutto, etc.)
Served with fried peppers, onions and pear tomatoes in a light tomato basil and wine sauce.

We begin with fresh chicken which is then marinated and delicately coated to enhance its flavor. Next we place it in a specially designed pressure cooker which seals in the natural flavors and juices.
